Wanting to contribute to the fight against COVID-19 in the best way we know how: through conducting research, and in this case, a social network analysis of COVID-19 Global Hackathon Teams.
What it does
The purpose of this study is to investigate how specific team dynamics helped fuel innovative ideas during the COVID-19 Global Hackathon. Importantly, this study will provide new critical insights about the psychological factors that impact teams' abilities to solve complex problems amidst a crisis. We plan to immediately analyze and share our study findings with the public in an effort to support other group efforts aimed at combatting COVID-19.
