Inspiration
The rising threat of the Covid 19 virus around the world has been my inspiration in selecting the "Public Health" track. The medical systems around the world have worked tirelessly day and night for the past 2 years to tackle this deadly virus. The front-line workers have sacrificed their blood and sweat to stop this virus from spreading even more.
What it does
My project focuses on different parameters of the Covid 19 virus in the United States of America. I have visualized factors like state-wise deaths, state-wise vaccinations, and patient encounters in hospitals.
How we built it
This project was built in Google Colab
Challenges we ran into
Building this project from scratch was definitely a challenging task. I worked for straight 2 days to complete it. Finding the appropriate datasets, libraries, and method that will help my to present the vizzes effectively was a great hustle.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Cleaning the data in an effective manner and plotting simple yet crucial plots.
What we learned
This project has been a great learning experience. I have studied the worldwide hospital systems, vaccination processes, and many other factors regarding the Covid 19 virus
What's next for Covid 19 Parameters in the USA
Further, I am planning to do a comparative study of different countries and their medical systems. I also plan to study the capacity of these countries in tackling such a virus.
