Vision

Use anonymised mobile tracking profiles in a secure platform to have all movement profiles (time and area) in place, combine them with daily, local health feedback to find "clean" regions allowing a selective shutdown. This requires the right data in the right place, save and secure...

Goal

The most important goal in every country is that the health sector is not overwhelmed and that the economy keeps running. A complete shutdown is the worst case scenario. With the right data and the right algorithms in place (both possible in reality), we can create the insights required for a selective shutdown and a selective comeback of individual areas. These insights can be generated in combination with a closed Collector App allowing individuals to select their health situation each day. This App is in place, the daily interviews have to be created.

Approach

Give an overview of the corona evolution starting in January, show the actual movement situation, allowing to forecast the evolution of countries, regions or even locations. In the end, it is a COVID evolution in different scenarios, matched with real time data...

Create an API to mobile network provider, ramp up data of the movement profiles of each mobile device in an anonymized way. If the user gives his agreement, we can give him personal service. https://devpost.com/software/curb

Get the data, in this case it is not about privacy, it is about human beings, get ressources to make it run (one week), I will deliver the save and secure platform we are already using for our critical utility business.
