Mobile crowdsourcing tools for tracking, mapping and early intervention of coronavirus disease COVID-19 in highly vulnerable populations in Mexico.
The goal of this project is to develop and deploy a mobile crowdsourcing platform to track, map and conduct an early intervention in the field of COVID-19 in eight municipalities of San Luis Potosà state, which are inhabited by marginalized populations that can be severely affected by the epidemics. The key components of the tools consist of a mobile app to collect citizen contributions and a dashboard that will provide updated epidemiologic information distilled from data that will support effective intervention of specialized teams in the field and development of public policy.
