Inspiration
Covid and the recent Ontario lockdowns have left many bored, down, and confused about what activities they can due with all the different levels of restrictions.
What it does
Asks the user specific questions to curate the best covid-safe options to battle their boredom!
How we built it
Cockroach DB, Google Cloud, Javascript and HTML/CSS.

Setting up and implementing CockRoach DB with our application.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The cohesiveness of our team, the quick-thinking and problem-solving capabilities of each member, and the visual appeal of our product.
What we learned
Cockroach DB, an in-depth look at Ontario's action plan on COVID-19, and the value to having options for activities that one might not have thought of especially if they feel sluggish and unsure during this difficult time.
What's next for Covi-Day
We plan on adding extensions to better recommend activities for varying situations and adding a custom activity implementation where users can add their own ideas to be recommended to others. Also, our main goal is to make our web application to be mobile optimized.
