Cover Letter Generator

Inspiration

I'm tired of having to manually parse the information from the SFU coop board and update my cover letter, and wish it could be automated instead.

What it does

It's SUPPOSED to work by copy pasting the SFU job posting into a .txt file and then the program will prase it, and then fill in the corresponding fields to generate a pdf.

How we built it

It doesn't build :(

Challenges we ran into

Wasn't able to get it working.

What we learned

With the reportlab library you can generate pdfs, which is pretty cool.

What's next for Cover Letter Generator

I'll probably revisit this and actually finish it because it'd be useful.
