Course Buddies

Inspiration

It's difficult to find friends in University because of the format of lectures. Our app was created to make it easier to find friends.

What it does

Users input their contact info and course sections. The app will bring up people who share multiple courses with you descending from the most to the least.

How we built it

We built it in Python and MySQL

Challenges we ran into

Learning MySQL from scratch in the limited time frame to accomplish what we wanted to do.

What's next for Course Buddies

More improvements to the app to include a GUI, more functions.
