Eager to learn about clarity language and work with blockstack.

What it does

It checks whether the counter is eve or odd. It also increments and decrements the value of counter.

How I built it

Used some of my idea and some from tutorial for clarity language.

Finding the syntaxs' of different functions.

I did it even though I am a newbie.
