Inspiration

We have experience where one of the tourism places is well-known but still has minimal facilities and infrastructure. This happens when a tourist attraction has a very large area but has a minimum of human resources to maintain all the facilities and infrastructures. We learned that managing tourism is not easy, so we applied the technology to help improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure in an easiest way.

What it does

Suggest apps can help to provide direct information of problems that occur in tourism areas, so that solutions can be carried out by providing specific solutions by adapting the existing human resources and providing visitors to have experience contributing to managing tourism areas on a small scale.

How we built it

Using a combination of ESRI applications namely Survey123 and Workforce is a way to support service improvements through quality of facilities & infrastructures.

The advantage of the app

The advantage of Suggest app for the manager is to improve a company's image by giving excellent services and find out the efficiency of problem solving carried out by the employees. The advantage of this application for the visitor is that all forms of suggestions and complaints can be submitted directly to the manager so that it becomes an evaluation for the manager.

Challenges we ran into

Out of the advantages there is also a weakness of this application, that Survey123 can only be accessed by the same organization while this application is supposed to connect between visitors and employees. Therefore, another party is needed to organize the task from the visitor through Survey123 to workforce staff, so that assignment can be delayed.
