Cosmic Melodies: Turn Space Data into Musical Fortunes

Inspiration: The cosmos speaks in data we turned it into music.

What it does: Generates musical fortunes from real-time space data.

How we built it: Combined NASA APOD API with Tone.js—fetching cosmic images and converting pixel data into melodies using ASCII sonification for sharper, more dynamic tunes.

Challenges: Making chaotic space data sound harmonious.

Accomplishments: Sonified Saturn’s rings into a chill melody.

What we learned: Astronomy and music theory make unexpected friends.

What’s next: Constellation duets (collab with Hubble’s live feed).
