What We Do CoSign is an innovative platform that utilizes cutting-edge technology to bridge the communication gap. We enable individuals with disabilities to learn, communicate, and interact using sign language, fostering inclusivity and understanding.

How We Built It Our platform is built on a foundation of user-friendliness and efficiency. We employed ReactJS and Tailwind CSS, enhanced with Framer Motion, to create a seamless, user-friendly experience. But it doesn't stop there. CoSign's true magic lies in its functionality. We harnessed the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence to recognize hand gestures and signs through a camera, making communication intuitive and accessible.

Challenges Overcome Developing CoSign wasn't without its hurdles. Training our machine learning model to understand a diverse range of hand gestures and generate accurate phrase responses was a formidable task. However, our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility drove us forward.

Accomplishments We're Proud Of One of our proudest achievements is successfully training our model to recognize letters and numbers in sign language. Additionally, we've created a comprehensive learning platform, empowering users to enhance their sign language skills.

What We've Learned The journey of CoSign has been a profound learning experience. We delved into the intricacies of model training, honed our collaborative skills through Git, and mastered the setup of powerful frameworks.

What's Next for CoSign Our vision for the future is ambitious. We aim to develop CoSign into an universally usable software that can interpret sign languages in real-time. When a user points their camera at someone using sign language, CoSign will generate a meaningful phrase, ensuring seamless communication for all.
