Helping sustainable investors understand patterns between investment pairs for better trading and risk management
What it does
The mobile application takes two investments (an investment pair) and produces the total correlation, upside correlation downside correlation, and beta for an investment pair.
How we built it
The front end was built with Flutter & Dart. The backend API was developed in python and hosted on the cloud using Heroku
Challenges we ran into
- Connect the backend API to the front end
- Displaying the result of the API in a user friendly
- A lot of hard thinking
- Plotting financial time series on flutter
- Digital experience was challenge
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Proud we have a working app
- Went from idea to working product - alpha version
What we learned
- So much is possible within 24 hours of coding
- You don't need to create the perfect product. Just create a working prototype first

- Release Correlation Pair Analyser - alpha version on play store
- More testing
- More outputs
