• Helen Keller We saw a host of wacky and wonderful initiatives to combat the virus but no one place to go if you wanted o contribute. We wanted to create a place for people to come together to fund the best initiatives aimed a helping communities and healthcare professionals to fight the virus.

What it does

Corona crowd is a zero-fee, Covid-19 specific crowdfunding site.

How I built it

We built it using bubble.

Challenges I ran into

I am not very familiar with bubble and so had to learn on the job.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Learning to use a new tool rapidly by working on a project that could help bring some very important projects to life.

What I learned

It's often best to learn by doing.

What's next for Corona Crowd

Getting a critical mass of exciting projects on the site to attract backers.
