The civil defense in Belo Horizonte, MG - Brazil has a service to send weather information, flood hazards and currently information about COVID-19 by SMS
What it does
Create an information service via SMS for the population (example: climate, risk areas, etc.), with the objective of having a large part of people accessing to send together information about the programs offered to help those who were very affected by COVID.
How I built it
API to collect the message through a web interface and redistribute it as SMS to all registered people.
