Inspiration

Writing professional emails often requires users to know how to communicate clearly and, more recently, how to write effective AI prompts. We wanted to remove both barriers. The idea behind Corelytics was simple: instead of asking users to engineer prompts, let the system understand their intent and generate the right email automatically.

Our goal was to create an AI-powered communication assistant that feels natural to use while producing professional, context-aware emails for different domains and scenarios.

What it does

Corelytics is a promptless AI email generation platform that transforms user intent into professional emails.

Rather than requiring users to write detailed prompts, Corelytics guides them through a structured intent-selection process. Based on the selected domain, recipient type, category, and scenario, the platform automatically generates a context-aware email tailored to the user's needs.

The platform helps users create professional emails faster, reduces communication effort, and makes AI-assisted writing accessible to everyone.

How we built it

Corelytics was built using a modular AI architecture consisting of:

• FastAPI backend for API management and processing
• Intent Engine for understanding user selections
• State Manager for maintaining workflow context
• JSON-based decision tree for structured intent mapping
• Prompt Compiler that dynamically constructs optimized prompts
• Large Language Model (LLM) integration for email generation

The system follows a hierarchical workflow:

Domain → Recipient → Category → Scenario → Prompt Compilation → AI Generation

This approach allows Corelytics to generate highly relevant emails without requiring users to manually write prompts.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was designing a system that could reliably generate high-quality emails without direct prompt engineering from the user.

Other challenges included:

• Designing dynamic prompt generation logic
• Ensuring email quality across different domains and scenarios
