Inspiration

The theme of the jam was "surprise". I decided to build a copy of iMessage that is in reality a shell!

What it does

It's basically a shell under the appearance of a messaging app. You can run all the commands that are runnable by your cmd (macOS, linux, windows).

How we built it

I used Python 3.8 and PyQt5

Challenges we ran into

I ran into a lot of challenges because not only I'm a beginner, but also I've never ever made any GUI. I

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm really proud that I managed to finish the project in time (even though I haven't slept in two days :) )

What we learned

I learned how does a cmd work and how to deal with it in python, as well as how to create a GUI interface with PyQt!

What's next for Coquishell

This project was made especially for the hackathon but who knows.

Because it's Easter time, we added some easter eggs in it! Hope you enjoy
