comment copy to linked issue comment copy to clone issue as well and vice versa

How I built it

using atlas listener module

Challenges I ran into

challenge to avoid duplication of comment at the time of calling issue commented listener

understand inward and outward description of Issue linking

What's next for Copy Comment Linking Issue

Next challenge to do that for Jira service desk. Internal comment should not be copied to customer portal
