Noteriety mobile notes app

Successes:

• Testing API with Postman went smoothly.
• Expo was smooth to use- troubleshooting was simple and straightforward.
• App runs smoothly on web and mobile. It does the thing it's designed to do, well.
• Aesthetic was initially inspired by Frutiger artstyles- from there we toned down the color for ease on the eyes.

Difficulties:

• Poor merging practices in GitHub.
• Sometimes when attempting to merge in local files from GitHub the files get replaced instead of merging or showing merge conflicts.
• Digital Ocean blocked outbound SMPT.
• Had to switch to Resend's HTTP API.
• Agreeing on Figma prototypes was more difficult than we anticipated.
• Making front-end twice- React Native and Flutter variants- was a hard undertaking.
• We had a few disagreements, but ultimately landed on what we wanted Noteriety to look like over several iterations along the way.
