What it does

Coordina is a unified digital ecosystem consisting of a patient portal and a doctor portal, connecting patients, caregivers, and medical teams — aligned with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being.

It solves the rehabilitation crisis through 3 pillar :

RECOVR is a smart wearable band designed to detect early signs of a stroke and monitor vital health parameters in real time. Equipped with advanced sensors, it tracks heart rate, oxygen level, and motion continuously. When it detects abnormal readings or possible stroke symptoms, Recovr immediately sends an alert to the nearest hospital for rapid medical response. At the same time, it transmits the user’s vital data to Coordina, where doctors and caregivers can monitor ongoing health trends. Compact, waterproof, and reliable, Recovr bridges emergency detection with continuous care.

PHENOME ,Coordina’s voice-activated AI system lets users navigate the entire health dashboard using natural speech. Commands like 'open heart rate panel' or 'show oxygen trends' instantly move through sections and highlight key data with no manual input needed. Beyond navigation, Coordina’s voice interface also serves as a speech therapy aid for stroke patients with Aphasia, that is slurred speech. By encouraging clear, repeated vocal commands and providing immediate feedback, it helps users rebuild language confidence.

CEREBRUM , an AI-powered hand therapy that boosts coordination through a simple ball-squeezing exercise. Using TensorFlow and Mediapipe based tracking, it counts reps, while diversifying motion through various common gestures and provides feedback, helping regain motor function
