COP26/climate change- need to make trees more valuable tokenized real estate

Tokenized trees as real estate in premium locations and with each individual tree geolocated.

Lack of time as a side project for one individual.

Testnet NFTs of how individual trees in premium locations can become similar to tokenized real estate.

where to start? - So much to learn.

What's next for Cool Trees

Build team. Test in 'apes in trees' concept to add appeal to the NFTs if needed. Test a digital twin as metaverse environment, fractionalize on-chain carbon credits that are retired as each tree is brought that way the tree NFTs help climate change.
