Cooking With Friends

An AR cooking game that helps users to connect with friends while cooking. Uses hologram technology to project cooking, measuring instructions on real food.

Inspiration

Today, many young people don't cook because of mostly two reasons: not sure how to cook and wanting to eat out with friends.

What it does

Cooking with friends does both of the items mentioned above. It teaches people how to cook and connects them with friends while cooking.

How we built it

We used AR to project holograms on food; Express js for backend, react for frontend; flutter for cooking sharing app; Google cloud and firebase for website hosting and database.

Challenges we ran into

Trying to implement machine learning in our project.
