This app incorporates the most important features of the Cookies for Kids website and more, in order to allow college-students and supporters of the Cookies for Kids organization to get involved.
I wanted to create an app that would allow people to easily interact and get involved with Cookies for Kids. I was inspired by the website and the different ways in which it allowed people to help the organization, and wanted to incorporate those aspects into my own app.
It allows users to shop cookies, contribute to fundraisers by either creating their own fundraisers or supporting pre-existing ones, connect to other users, as well as learn more about the organization as a whole.
I would like to build upon this project using React Native in order to add more components to the current framework, and ultimately have it ready to be used by the Cookies for Kids foundation.
