Inspiration

I have observed a major drawback in every single website considered to be most popular ones but the theme used by the popular websites is also same as every website .that is advertising, subscription,logins more and more. So I brought up with a Single Page Application for Online Cooking Recipes with no Sign-up or Login Page and no Advertising or Subscriptions. A simple on the line webpage.

What it does

Our webpage is well designed to keep everything optimal and ready to interact with the user on direct opening phase. When a specific user comes and visits the webpage it directly show two options. One is Search bar and another one is randomizer. One the search bases we will get the outcome of the recipe photo and with Ingredients followed by procedure.

How we built it

We have used most of the styling and scripting work to build our webpage. Html 5 for design and layout and css 3 for border and all elements and lastly javascript for search and random modules . By using basic design procedures of html,css, javascript with visual studio code back basis we have built our webpage.

Challenges we ran into

Major challenge was to optimize the design of the webpage and not bulking the webpage by more and more features. Another challenge was that we needed a large database for recipe information and image formats but we over came the issue by help of references from GitHub and chose a reliable open source database called themealdb to accomplish our lack of database problem.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to finish the complete building of website In very least time constraint.

What we learnt

We learnt about major use of javascript and wid erange of functions available in javascript and also about the research done for the webpage We got to know that simple things are entertained by the people of modern era.

What's next for Cook O Meal

We have thought of increasing the range of recipes and improving the webpage time to time for better User experience.
