Most of my customer advocacy team's time was spent answering Frequently Asked Questions for our products.

What it does

This conversational AI handles all of our Frequently Asked Questions

How we built it

After a 1.5 hour onboarding with the Dasha AI team, we spent time creating the first version of this app. After running into some issues with the first version (too many digressions), we received direction to start building version 2. For the hackathon, we finished version 3 which gives people more direction about what kind of questions to ask and it remembers which product they are calling about

Challenges we ran into

Too many digressions caused the algorithm to answer incorrectly or not at all

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The algorithm successfully answers all FAQs listed on our website and additional capabilities will be built to help pre-screen for sales opportunities

It's incredible how fast you can start coding your own conversational AI with the Dasha playground

What's next for Conversational AI for FAQs

Additional functionality to capture data and then transfer the call to live agents. Followed by public testing.
