A “Controlled released Bioavailable Essential Macro and Micronutrients by Bioactive Double Coated (ZnO-NPs and Humoorganic Complex as Fe-HA-Tryp) Fertilizer” fulfills all the needs for sustainable agriculture and has become the need of modern agriculture.
What it does
A “Controlled released Bioavailable Essential Macro and Micronutrients by Bioactive Double Coated (ZnO-NPs and Humoorganic Complex as Fe-HA-Tryp) Fertilizer” fulfills all the needs for sustainable agriculture and has become the need of modern agriculture. For this reason, the efforts to prop up the local production of double- coated organic fertilizers are necessary. This idea will explore the potential use of local rock phosphate, coal, tryptophan, Fe and zinc dust powder to produce fertilizer through composting of organic matter. This value-added product will have no adverse impact on environment. The Production of "Controlled released Bioavailable Essential Macro and Micronutrients by Bioactive Double Coated (ZnO-NPs and Humoorganic Complex as Fe-HA-Tryp) Fertilizer” will prove to be eco-friendly and efficient to increase the yield of crops, and will detoxify the soil from harmful toxins and will provide all the nutrients including macro and micronutrients to crops for healthy production and higher yields. Due to environmental issues I feel to introduce an environmentally friend double coated fertilizer because inorganic fertilizers are toxic both for soil health and plant health also have bad effect on human health during consumption, so double coated fertilizer physically modify the structure of soil, prevent high water loss and nutrient losses. helps aeration of soil and prevent soil erosion, maintain the pH of the soil, act as natural chelator for metal ions, enhance uptake of nitrogen, zinc, iron, phosphorous and potassium etc. The need for more productive agricultural systems has required technological innovations that increase the efficiency of used inputs. The “Controlled released Bioavailable Essential Macro and Micronutrients by Bioactive Double Coated (ZnO-NPs and Humoorganic Complex as Fe-HA-Tryp) Fertilizer” are usually a result of physical and chemical barriers. The “Controlled released Bioavailable Essential Macro and Micronutrients by Bioactive Double Coated (ZnO-NPs and Humoorganic Complex as Fe-HA-Tryp) Fertilizer” demand is several thousand tones, but no sufficient production is available. Especially in Pakistan there are limited producing unit of double coated fertilizer and a big room is available to work. The proposed research will contribute to achieve SDG’s.) Zero Hunger Good Health and Well-being Economy growth

Challenges we ran into
Excess use of Inorganic fertilizers are toxic both for soil and crops. The major problems are, they act as toxic fertilizers which are harmful for living beings, cause dangerous diseases like cancer, asthma, HIV AIDs, typhoid etc. also disturb pH of soil, cause soil erosion and disturb soil water absorption level content or reduce water holding capacity of soil and decrease KPN-ZnONPs availability to plants The management of phosphate fertilizers is a key factor in crop production, which is especially the case in highly weathered tropical soil. However, in more oxidic tropical soils, the acquisition of KNP by plants is usually limited due to soil sorption processes usually requiring KNP application rates that are as much as 10 times larger than the actual plant demands or more The recent attention has turned toward health-related issues associated with malnutrition attributed to micronutrient deficiency. For instance, a zinc deficiency in the diet of people in developing countries is one of the 10 key issues contributing to health concerns according to the World Health Organization (WHO). This micronutrient deficiency can be overcome through supplementation with fertilizers. Low availability of major nutrients like P, N, Zn, Fe and K to crop plants is a global problem and crop yield on 30-40% of world’s arable land is limited by their availability. Fertilizers’ critical role in agricultural productivity has been established since early 1950’s in Pakistan and usage has been increasing at 4% for N and 3% for P and K. Phosphorus use efficiency in soil ranges between 20 – 30% and remaining become non-available for the crop it is used. The depletion and low replenishment phenomenon are becoming major threat to agricultural productive and require immediate corrective action. The correction can be made either by increasing P, N and K doses or by improving efficiency of fertilizer products. Sustainable agriculture to maintain the biophysical resources including soil, water biota is a complex issue.
