Instead of products like Carousell, businesses can instead post their requests and let contractors resolve their issues.

How we built it

We designed our flow through Draw.io and did the wireframe and prototype in Figma.

We had an issue with our idea that required us to do more research on accountability and transparency.

Completing the wireframing and prototype within the desired time. Using a User Journey Design framework
