Inspiration

The inspiration for ContractSuite came from observing the challenges that businesses and individuals face when dealing with legal documents. Many people struggle with understanding complex contract terms, missing important deadlines, and keeping track of obligations. We wanted to create a solution that makes contract management accessible, efficient, and intelligent using AI technology.

What it does

ContractSuite is an AI-powered contract management platform that:

  • Automatically extracts and summarizes key information from contracts
  • Identifies critical dates, obligations, and potential risks
  • Provides an intuitive interface for document management
  • Enables collaboration through multi-user access and signatory management
  • Offers real-time analysis and risk assessment of contract terms

How we built it

We built ContractSuite using a modern tech stack:

  • Next.js and TypeScript for a robust frontend architecture
  • Clerk for secure user authentication
  • Supabase for database management
  • Custom AI models for contract analysis
  • Modern UI components for an intuitive user experience
  • Cloud storage integration for document management

Challenges we ran into

  1. The docusign api is down in my location (uganda), wouldn't let me create an account so i never finished the document signing feature
  2. Real-time Analysis: Implementing efficient processing for large documents while maintaining performance
  3. UI/UX Design: Creating an interface that simplifies complex contract management tasks

Accomplishments that we're proud of
