Contoso Wellness Bot

The Contoso Wellness Bot leverages Azure services to provide users a 24/7 mental and physical wellness resource to self diagnose ailments and escalate to local healthcare providers if necessary.

Inspiration

I wanted to work with a tool I never really got a chance to work with professionally.

What it does

Users communicate to a chat bot in order to self diagnose physical or mental ailments and take next actions if they choose to.

How we built it

Leverage Azure scenario templates for Azure healthbot and deployed with App service and necessary channel integrations.

Challenges we ran into

Azure healthbot was a new utility I never used so I needed to go through a few learning modules to see it's potential.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Using a custom scenario to be able to call multiple scenarios.

What we learned

A lot more about how machine learning models are built in Azure with Azure ML Studio.

What's next for Contoso Wellness Bot

Perhaps there will be the opportunity to build more scenarios for healthcare purpose.
