Continuum of Care providers are constantly under-resourced and occasionally find themselves unable to provide services to homeless and at-risk individuals who badly need them. With Continuity, shelters and other organizations can share up-to-date information about the services and items they have on-hand so they can direct clients to their needs immediately, and even trade those resources between themselves.
