There's a disconnect between corporate customers who use shipping lines, and the companies who provide the shipping services, especially in regards to tracking idle containers. We have created a user-friendly web interface and Android app that allows shipping companies to easily see and update the status of containers that have arrived in the port, and alerts customers when their containers are ready to be picked up, helping clear valuable port space. When the driver picks up a container, they can open the Android app and mark it as 'Picked up', completing the journey of the container.
