What it does
First and foremost, it's a place to chat with your friends. At consil.io, we have this abstract concept of a "room". Rooms can either be made public or private -- private just means you need a special key to get in. Inside this thing called a room, users can gab up in realtime while streaming music from SoundCloud. Sweet, huh? But there's more! No two people in a room are ever out of sync 'cause everybody is forced to listen to the same thing. My advice, share a room only with those who have the same musical tastes as you, otherwise a conflict may ensue.
How I built it
Using socket.io of course!
