Inspiration

We were inspired because of the frequent emergencies that occur on a daily basis in Jamaica that needs immediate assistance.

What it does

This project helps users to get help by sending messages to a rescue response team such as : medical help, the fire department etc.

How we built it

We built it by compiling ideas and tools in an innovative way to bring these functionalities to life so that the consumers may benefit in a positive way of getting help when needed the most.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into multiple bugs along the way of development though we use real time research and tools in getting the project to behave in way that it supposed to .

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were proud that we brought life to a system that will be a positive impact on the nation that will help to save lives in the event of continuous accidents that may happen.

What we learned

We learnt that with the use of modern technologies that connect multiple entities together in a way like conscript, the population will have a peace mind knowing that if any accident should occur , once they are connected to the app via internet,rescue is alway at the touch of a finger.

What's next for ConScript

Our ambition for the future is to work closely or directly with Intellibus, with the goal of improving the country and taking it a step closer to creating better infrastructure for the island through the use of technology and ai implementation.

As the UI Designer, I contributed to the development of the interface and the integration of real-time data. I collaborated closely with the front-end developer to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project’s overall vision. This experience allowed me to network with other professionals and further refine my design skills.

Eric Kerr
I worked with the entire group as the project manager. Drafted the project idea, finding more ideal solutions and to add to the project, I assigned roles to each member after we settled on the idea. I advised and assisted each member on what to do, carried them through the checkpoints they had issues with and created deadlines to efficiently finish on time.

Shemar Darien
I did the front-end, where i worked the UI/UX designer's to carefully curate each page which are the location page(map), the emergency page, incorporating the buttons and effects. This was done using react native and effective AI prompting. I worked with the back-end developer to ensure the front-end was tied with the back-end.

Michael Wright
As the UI Designer, I played a key role in designing the interface and integrating real-time data. I worked closely with the front-end developer to fully understand the project’s vision. This experience not only helped me enhance my design skills but also gave me the opportunity to connect with other professionals in the field.
