Inspiration

What it does

The goal of this challenge will be to predict surface and down-hole failures using the data set provided. This information can be used to send crews out to a well location to fix equipment on the surface or send a workover rig to the well to pull down-hole equipment and address the failure.

How we built it

We Built it using python and xgboost

Accomplishments that we're proud of

we created the model and implemented this in less than 5 hrs. and achieved this good accuracy.

What we learned

Using google cloab and kaggle notebooks to harness best possible hardware for machine learning and data science.

What's next for ConocoPhillipsHack

Getting a Interview for both of us and Hopefully converting to a intern at ConocoPhillips.
