Where does our idea comes from
Our idea comes from the challenges faced throughout the slow job selection process. During internship application using several websites, we found out that websites do not provide employees engagement with the recruiter.
What does it do
What it does is use an integrated web chatbot, the chatbot is able to provide employees with the Meyers Briggs personality test that could determine the personality of the employees. Additionally, we will be asking users for personal information for example name, age, email. The data will be sent to a database using SQL thus recruiters can filter their favourite employees' characteristics through the database.
What skills did we apply
Using python language, we coded the GUI, chatbot. Also by using SQL language, we built a database to store relevant data.
Challenges we ran into
During the execution of the chatbot, we realized that we lack skills in GUI and SQL language.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are able to perform the execution of the chatbot and produce personality indicators for the user.
What's next for Connextion
There is much more improvement to be made for this project. We will continue to add necessary ideas inside the chatbot to make it applicable and to greatly increase the efficiency for the job seekers.
