As women in technology the workplace can be daunting. We wanted to create a way to give women of diverse backgrounds and ages interested in STEM the opportunity to connect and learn from women with experience in the field.
Our algorithm finds a mentor based on the type of relationship both mentor and mentee are looking for. We utilize the MailChimp API to connect mentees and mentors after matching.
