Connection Whiz

Inspiration

My inspiration is when that I've traveled abroad, that not knowing the local language made it difficult to communicate with those in the area.

What it does

What my app does is that it translates sign language to text and vice versa, take of photo, see a word and image bank of commonly used terms in sign language. There is also a language translator where you can translate both orally and written what the one communicating with you is trying to say.

How we built it

I've built this app using a prototyping platform.

Challenges we ran into

Some of the challenges that I've ran into was that there was a limitation to the vocabulary and terms in the image and word bank and other sections. In conclusion, not as much data.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud that I've completed an app that can help people communicate with one another with more ease.

What we learned

What I've learned is that I was able to complete a project and learning more about how to use technology to solve real world problems.

What's next for Connection Whiz

What's next for Connection Whiz is that I'm going to add more features and data to this app.
