Inspiration

-Difficulty for students to access resources to start their own business/venture -Hard to find business partners, investors/mentors -Wide gap between business opportunities offered to students of different socioeconomic status

What it does

-ConnecTEEN aims to efficiently match students to other students’ developing projects -Propose own projects and connect with interested peers -Get paired to an industry professional that will serve as a “mentor”

Challenges we ran into

very unfamiliar with javascript and FireBase, so we spent much of our time trying to learn these languages and implement them into our application.

successfully learning three new languages to program this application
