ConnectAI is an intelligent networking assistant that helps users write highly personalized outreach messages using AI. Most people struggle to craft authentic, tailored messages when reaching out on LinkedIn or over email — they often sound robotic or generic. ConnectAI changes that. By analyzing a LinkedIn profile or company description, it understands the person’s background, experience, and skills, then generates five LinkedIn messages and five email versions, each with a distinct tone and focus. Every variation comes with a short summary to help users choose the right approach, and messages can be copied instantly with one click.
The platform offers two modes: Individual Career Mode for professionals reaching out to people, and Company Networking Mode for startups or job seekers connecting with companies. Built in under 36 hours, ConnectAI combines FastAPI, Next.js, and Google’s Gemini AI to create a fast, intuitive, and genuinely helpful networking assistant. I plan to extend it by allowing users to upload their own background information or resume, enabling two-sided personalization where the AI tailors messages based on both the sender and the recipient.
