Connect Care - OMS Toronto Hackathon

Inspiration

• Our own experiences with patient care.
• Poor communication within hospitals with families and patients.

What it does

• Update provide timely updates to families about their loved one's progress throughout the hospital.

How we built it

• We created an app demo.

Challenges we ran into

• We cannot code, so we were unable to make an actual app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• We came up with a solution that helps solve all perspectives all the issue.

What we learned

• We learned about the significance about this issue, and how deeply Covid-19 has impacted hospitals, patients and families.
• We also learned how to create an app demo.

What's next for Connect Care - OMS Toronto Hackathon

• There were several amazing speakers, however it was hard to find time to work and attend all the workshops and guest speakers.
