Inspiration

Lack of research and development in low income to middle income countries

What it does

It enables health centers to store patient data securely and use the same in the development of AI models that predict response to treatment.

How we built it

We used Azure Confidential Computing Virtual Machines to build secure systems. We further deployed the same to a AKS to improve on access. We then incorporated a machine learning model that builds an AI using the encrypted data. Different hospitals can therefore collaborated on a research without exposing private information.

Challenges we ran into

Deploying to AKS was a huge challenge. As well simulating multiple computing environments.
