That’s the idea behind Concierge AI — your personal executive assistant powered by Role Model AI. Built to serve like a top-tier human concierge, but scaled through automation and intelligence.

🚀 What it does

Concierge AI is a lifestyle automation system that handles your day-to-day life so you don’t have to. Think of it as your AI executive assistant — one that never sleeps, forgets, or misses a detail.

Key capabilities:

Smart scheduling — syncs across your calendars, preferences, and priorities to manage your time
Travel concierge — books flights, hotels, and rides with dynamic price monitoring
Message triage — filters, responds to, or summarizes incoming texts, emails, and DMs
Errand automation — orders food, rebooks appointments, sends gifts, and more via plugin APIs
Proactive alerts — suggests adjustments to your day based on traffic, energy, weather, or mental state

Users can speak or type commands like:

💬 “Reschedule my call with Rachel to Tuesday,”

🛠 How we built it

Frontend: Built with React + Tailwind UI, designed to mirror luxury concierge apps
Backend: Next.js API layer connected to the Harmony OS action server
LLM Engine: Powered by GPT-4o via Role Model AI’s orchestration layer
Integrations: Google Calendar, Telnyx (calls/SMS), OpenTable, Uber, and dozens of APIs through Harmony plugins
Memory & Context: Role Model AI’s memory module stores user preferences, tone, recurring tasks, and relationship context
Automation Flow: Actions are queued, verified, executed, and optionally reviewed via the user’s preferred notification channel (text, email, dashboard)

🧗 Challenges we ran into

Building trust — people hesitate to hand over life tasks without confidence in execution
Harmonizing across fragmented APIs — required a modular plugin structure for API compatibility
Avoiding AI hallucinations during task execution — focused on grounding LLM outputs with structured, verified flows
Designing for fluidity — users needed to feel like this was more than a chatbot, but less rigid than an app
