Inspiration - as a first time dad, I quickly realized that sources such as ChatGPT or Google were terrible for finding things to do with a fussy 2yr old. Enterprise MarTech builds personalization engines for websites, why can't we build that for an entire family to uncover things to do, both proactively and reactively, as a family.

What it does - it coordinates all the chaos - calendar ingestion, email ingestion, photo capture, social media ingestion and then activates that information to uncover things to go do as a family.

How we built it - is painfully an answer? We took great lengths to build a quality product that would actually relieve consumers from the everyday challenges of managing a household, in order to free up time to spend together.

Challenges we ran into - as a small team, we've had plenty of challenges. Lots of bug fixes over the course of our buildout, and plenty of beta-tester feedback to pivot and keep building.

Accomplishments that we're proud of - we finally shipped our iOS version at the end of July. There were times we thought this would never come to fruition, but we did it.

What we learned - the market has AI fatigue. Shipping a product that can marry AI capabilities with traditional ease of use is the path forward.

What's next for Concairge - we now seek to ship out Android and acquire incremental customer growth.
