Campus Connect AI Inspiration College students often struggle to find internships, hackathons, scholarships, events, study resources, and campus announcements because the information is scattered across multiple platforms. We wanted to create a single AI-powered platform that brings everything together and makes campus life simpler and more productive. What it does Campus Connect AI is an intelligent student platform that centralizes campus information and opportunities. It helps students discover internships, hackathons, scholarships, events, and learning resources while providing an AI assistant to answer queries instantly. The platform also enables students to stay updated with announcements and connect with their campus community. How we built it We developed the frontend using React.js and Tailwind CSS to create a modern and responsive user interface. The backend was built with Node.js and Express.js, with MongoDB used for data storage. AI features were integrated to provide smart recommendations and an interactive chatbot. The application is deployed on Render for easy access. Challenges we ran into Integrating AI responses with real-time data. Designing a responsive interface for multiple user roles. Managing authentication and secure data handling. Completing all planned features within the hackathon time limit. Accomplishments that we're proud of Built a working AI-powered campus platform.
