Inspiration
My inspiration is seeing a problem of lack of organized document and system to use in my community so I want to solve this problem and started this project.
What it does
The Compound Management System:- is a modern, web-based platform designed to simplify and improve the administration of residential compounds by bringing all essential management tasks into one centralized system. It enables administrators and collectors to efficiently manage resident information, monitor property occupancy, generate and track monthly or recurring bills, record operational and maintenance expenses, and oversee the overall financial performance of the compound through a user-friendly dashboard. The platform reduces the need for manual paperwork and repetitive administrative processes, helping staff save time, minimize errors, and increase productivity.
How we built it
This project is started almost a year ago and tried to well develop it.
Challenges we ran into
Challenges I ran to were first information and trust challenge then I was a front-end developer so I have to learn node first it was challenging but I learnt fast and developed these system.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I have accomplished around 5 projects and I am proud of them. Let me explain about them the first one is Bookstore website (it is used for reading buying and selling books online and offline), then Photo Gallery website (used for storing and organizing pictures) then Social Media website (chat within local offline connected computers) and then Advertising website (made for my school) then the last one is compound management system.
What we learned
I learned programming, develop communication skill and use opportunities accordingly.
What's next for Compound-Management-System
Sharing it to other compounds and solve this manual and old version of management.
