Our inspiration came from very bad and delayed customer service we received from cloud companies.
What it does
It take the customers social media data like comments, posts, tweets from all the leading the leading competitors of any industry and performs sentiment analysis and prioritizes.
How I built it
We built it based on HASURA platform. We used Facebook's Graph API for data and IBM Watson- Tone Analyzer for sentiment analysis.
