Inspiration

Our school has an annual fundraiser to raise money for the prom that year where they hire a service that ranks the compatibility of students in the school through a survey. They would take a significant portion of our earnings for themselves. I led a project to make a compatibility test to replace that one. I assembled a team of coders and graphic designers to create this program.

What it does

Using Google forms as the survey medium we matched people according to spectrums of personality that we created.

How I built it

Java, Java, and some more Java.

Challenges I ran into

Creating a scale to judge people on was a very complicated task. From doing this project, my friends and I have a newfound appreciation for the study of the mind and its infinite complexities.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am proud of having a successful rollout of our product at our school's dance and making much of the fundraising money needed to throw our prom.

What's next for Compatibility Tester

We hope that our school continues to use our software for years to come for their fundraisers.
