With more and more choices of public transport, each seeking to make money of their own, the consumer finds it extremely difficult to choose which way to commute and when. We learn't iOS development in the hackSchool and decided to apply the knowledge to solve this very problem faced by every person at least in LA.

We pull data from Uber and Google Maps and perform computations to determine what would be the cheapest, fastest or shortest commute according to the users preferences thus making it easier for them to decide how to travel. Be it taxi, uber, lyft, metro or just walking, commutr tells you the most efficient way at a particular time.

We are most proud of the aesthetics and the algorithm that helps determine the optimum commute.
