Inspiration

Not to long ago i had the privileged of being in a meeting for creatives, one of the speakers in the meeting was a deaf girl who lost her hearing at the age of 13 and she shared her story on the difficulties associated with being deaf and how the larger community could help in integrating them into society

What it does

it is a web based application that helps deaf and mute people communicate with features like speech-to-text , text-to-speech, quick emergency assistance, sign language support video calling, interactive sign language tutorial etc.

How we built it

it was built using strictly bolt.new and integrated with supabase

Challenges we ran into

AI/ML integration and running application in different enviroments

Accomplishments that we're proud of

helping the deaf and mute community communicate and integrate with the outsisde community
