Inspiration

Commora was inspired by a simple observation: creators are forced to juggle too many disconnected platforms—Discord for community, Skool for courses, Patreon for income, Linktree for links, and random spreadsheets for analytics. None of these tools talk to each other. None give creators real ownership.

We wanted to build the first platform that unifies everything, feels modern, and gives creators the power and control they deserve. And with Avalanche sponsoring the hackathon, we saw the chance to explore how blockchain could add real value through ownership, rewards, and community trust.

What it does

Commora is a next-generation creator platform that brings all creator operations into one place:

How we built it

Flutter for the full cross-platform app

Supabase for backend, authentication, and real-time features

Mock data layer to simulate creator dashboards and community feeds

Avalanche integration exploration for wallet creation & transaction flows

Figma high-fidelity designs for the entire creator app

AI tools to accelerate branding, architecture, and content generation

Agile design → build → iterate over a very fast hackathon timeline

We focused on creating a clean architecture, modular screens, and a scalable UI system that an enterprise creator would trust.

Challenges we ran into

None of us had ever worked with Avalanche before

Integrating wallet flows in Flutter was harder than expected

Designing an entire platform in only 36 hours was extremely intense

Balancing UI polish with actual functional screens

Preventing scope creep—Commora has so many potential features

Making sure the app felt premium, smooth, and “creator-ready”

Despite the challenges, we kept shipping and refining nonstop.
