Sales teams have great tools for tracking lead conversion over time and analyzing the processes that lead to more sales. This analytics driven feedback loop allows for controlled testing and metrics driven improvement plans. PR people can benefit from these tools to measure and optimize the amount of press coverage they get.
We've created a product to bring these capabilities to public relations professionals. What's more we believe PR people can get even more value from these tools due to the vast amount of public data relating to their prospects. We've made a custom interface to SalesForce automatically importing journalist source requests and supplementing journalist contact information with social media data, previous articles and tracking the relationship from source request to initial contact all the way through press release.
